My ideal vibe for a session is comfortable and fun!

Part of the reason I enjoy being behind the camera so much is that I find myself filled with anxiety when I am in front of it, so I truly understand how intimidating photo sessions can be. However, I want everyone who I photograph to feel their absolute best selves, to feel like they can relax and enjoy their time. Photos come out so much better when everyone is relaxed and having fun, and I want this to be a happy occasion!

To help break the ice a little, I will send a questionnaire a couple of weeks before our session, asking things I would like to know (your hobbies, what makes you comfortable, if there are kids present, what things they enjoy, etc.) so that I can start building that crucial rapport with you well before I start clicking that shutter button.

I am more of a photographer who prefers candids over strict poses. I believe that things flow much more smoothly when subjects are in their most natural state and not being forced into situations that are unfamiliar to them. With that being said, I will gladly offer posing options as well so that there is a nice variety to choose from!
